Return & Exchange Policy

Changes to the policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using this Application and can request that the Data Controller removes the Personal Data. Unless stated otherwise, the then-current privacy policy applies to all Personal Data the Data Controller has about Users.

Return Policy

Unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure of the following, otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you:

  • The product is unused and undamaged 

  •  All labels/tags are still attached to the product

Please note: Also, we do not accept returns on lingerie, hosiery & swimwear. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons. 

 

You will be required to pay postage when returning your items to us. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. In the case of exchanged items, we do not charge for delivery of the new product.

We recommend that items be returned via a tracked delivery service to enable your item arrives safely. Golux ltd cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that customer special orders are non refundable, though they may be returned for an exchange or credit note.
